Debit/Credit Card Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, payment can be made in person by visiting our offices located at 50A Oxford Street, Pontycymer, Bridgend, CF32 8DB between the hours of 9am until 5pm Monday – Friday. You can also call our offices and pay over the phone by calling 01656 657 033. If paying your rent by debit or credit card, please ensure it is paid 5 working days before its due date to ensure payments clear before the rent falls due.
Cash
You can call into our offices at 50A Oxford Street, Pontycymer, Bridgend, CF32 8DB, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. A receipt will be given upon payment, please keep this safe in case a query arises.
Cheque
You can pay by writing a cheque payable to Tovey Developments Limited T/A Smart Lettings and send to 50A Oxford Street, Pontcymer, Bridgend, CF32 8DB. If paying by cheque, please ensure rent is paid 10 working days before the due date to ensure the cheque clears.
